An ordinary teenager in Brooklyn is bit by a spider in the subway who suddenly undergoes extraordinary mysterious changes and has discovered that he has some unknown powers that have transformed him into a spider-man. However, after meeting Peter Parker he realizes that there are a lot of folks who share the same special powers. The creative team of the film also pitched to include a scene featuring cameos by all the three live-action Spider-Man actors (Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland), however, this was shot down.
Miles Morales a newly converted Spider-Man doesn’t know what to do with his powers so he turns to peter parker for help giving a message altogether about the importance of relying on people and fighting through life’s adversity to save ourselves and the world. The ability to bounce back after difficult experiences throughout life is presented in this movie. through this resilience, spider-man is also able to save the world from the hulking madman, Kingpin. Into the Spider-verse is directed by three directors, Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey, and Rodney Rothman the combination of these trio of directors offers up a reflection on the movie with each bringing something new to the table and making it one of its kind.
