by Continuing the series Jimmy meets his old friend Clifford Main where he decides that he is no longer going to take his job and Kim finds him relaxing near the pool giving up law. When she confronts him of the same he tells her that he is tired of living a life led by Chuck and wants to live life of his own.
This season also begins with a black and white flash forward to Saul’s life in Omaha as a Cinnabon. In the future Jimmy performs mundane tasks like taking out the trash and eventually gets himself locked in the room with the dumptster. in the opening scene as well a dull song is played named, “Funny How Time Slips Away” by Willie Nelson.
Jimmy carves his initials as Saul Goodman on the wall of the trash room while he is waiting. Carving says, “S.G. was here”. which portrays an entirely different version of Jimmy’s personality.
Jimmy at the end of this season is granted Temporary Emergency Guardianship over Chuck, which could be the potential factor into the upcoming war between the brothers McGill.
